The number of contacts and users is unlimited - we don’t charge based on number of users or define arbitrary limitations.

What is it?
ChannelWise is a server-side web-based application. It's hosted by us, and then your staff and channel partners log-in with unique usernames and passwords.

There’s no software to install to access the system, it works on any OS that supports a recent web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer® or Apple Safari®. It’s very easy to use, so your channel partners don’t need to go on a training course or even read a manual.

Each company and user within has levels of access rights that you assign. That means that when you log-in you can see everything. When they log-in, what they actually see and can do depends upon who they are and who they work for – it’s all under your control. ChannelWise is supplied as a standard version, with optional modules. You can make a small investment to be up and running with a very capable system, and you can add more advanced functionality where you need it. For example, the standard system comes with News capabilities so that your channel partners see your latest news when they log-in. If this is an important feature you want to focus on, you’ll want to add our Advanced News module that has more flexible layout, includes images, HMTL links, and much more. Being modular means that you only need pay for the features you want, and it allows us to easily extend the functionality in future.
